Use #ff000d sparingly, ideally as a 10% accent color for high-priority calls to action or urgent error states. Because of its extreme saturation, it can overwhelm the eye if applied to large surfaces or backgrounds.

When paired with standard black text, #ff000d provides a 5.3:1 contrast ratio, which meets WCAG AA standards for accessibility. However, it is generally recommended to use this bright red for interface elements rather than body copy.
