This bold, mustard-leaning yellow carries a high intensity that demands immediate attention. Because of its saturation, #b5b502 works best as a sharp 10% accent rather than a background color. Pair it with deep charcoals or navy for balance, as black text provides the highest contrast readability against this hue. Use it sparingly in UI design for calls to action or highlights to ensure visual impact.
