#f5f2f2 is a pale grey that sits just off white, with a faint warm undertone from a touch of extra red. Use it as a dominant background when pure white feels too clinical, since it keeps interfaces and minimal layouts airy without the glare. Be warned: next to true white it can look slightly dingy, so commit to one or the other. Black text on it reaches about 18.9:1 contrast, well past WCAG AA for body copy.
